  • Directing and organizing the work of the human resources and payroll department [2 people],
  • Calculation of salaries and preparation of payroll,
  • Preparation and verification of Social Security, PIT, PPK, CSO declarations,
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in accordance with the Labor Code,
  • Preparation of HR and payroll reports and analysis,
  • Conducting recruitment (from advertising to hiring an employee),
  • Participation in the organization of events and employee initiatives (integrations, wellbeing actions),
  • Cooperation with external institutions (PIP, ZUS, US),
  • Implementing improvements and solutions to support HR processes.
    Our requirements:
  • University degree (preferred: human resources and payroll, HR, labor law, finance, management),
  • min. 3-5 years of HR and Payroll experience in a managerial position,
  • Practical knowledge of payroll calculation and labor, insurance and tax laws,

Educational cooperation / internships

Since 2022, in cooperation with the Mechanical and Logistics School Complex, we have been implementing a student internship program aimed at students completing their final year of school.

In 2023, we began cooperation with Pomeranian University in Slupsk. The agreement regulates the possibility of cooperation in scientific research, internships and study visits for students, as well as the organization of joint scientific events or training courses. We believe that this form of cooperation will bring mutual benefits, enabling students of Pomeranian University to gain practical experience, while providing our company with opportunities to present itself as a potential employer.

In addition, in 2024, we signed an agreement with the Economic School Complex in Slupsk, which provides for a number of activities to support education and youth development.

As part of the agreement, our company has taken patronage of the Slupsk "Aces of Science" Festival, the main purpose of which is to support the development of scientific and social interests of young people, expanding their knowledge and developing their passions. We have also declared our active participation in the educational life of the school by conducting practical classes for students of the First Degree Branch School and students of the Technical School.
