The standard minimum order is 50,000 pieces, which is based on both production requirements and minimum purchase volumes of materials. However, we understand that each project has its own peculiarities, so in case of promising cooperation we are open to individual arrangements and the possibility of lowering the MOQ.
We sign an NDA agreement whenever there is a need to protect confidential information. We care about the security of our partners' data, so this document can be concluded already at the stage of preliminary discussions, especially when the need to share formulas, technical specifications or other relevant project information arises.
If the recipe is created on an individual order, the rights to it - according to the provisions of the contract - belong to the client. Depending on the needs and nature of the cooperation, we can also propose other solutions, such as co-ownership or licensing. Each time, these rules are clearly defined and agreed upon before the project begins, so that both parties have full transparency and legal security.
We strive to offer our customers individual formulas that differ not only in fragrance composition, but also in the percentage of ingredients and the presence of other active substances. Formulas developed specifically for the needs of a particular client are not shared with other companies.
However, we have several private label products in our portfolio - these are ready-made, tested formulas that can be used by different companies. In such cases, the differences between the products may concern only the label or elements of corporate identity.
We hold the following certifications, which confirm our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety:
IFS HPC This certification relates to the International Standard for Personal Care Products and Household Chemicals. It confirms that our manufacturing processes comply with strict safety and quality requirements, ensuring that our products are safe for consumers.
ISO 9001:2015 This is an international standard for quality management. This certificate proves that we have implemented and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) that focuses on continuous process improvement, customer satisfaction and effective organizational management.
ISO 22716:2009 This certification refers to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the cosmetics industry. It confirms that the production, inspection, storage and shipping of our cosmetic products are carried out according to the highest standards, ensuring their safety and quality.
SMETA, or Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit, is one of the most widely used ethical audit methodologies in the world. We evaluate and monitor our business practices for labor standards, health and safety, environmental impact and business ethics. This demonstrates that we are a responsible supply chain partner committed to working conditions and fair practices.
We are currently in the process of obtaining ECOCERT certification. We will keep you informed about its obtaining, which will further strengthen our position as a manufacturer that cares about the naturalness and eco-friendliness of its products.
Our products meet the requirements for both the European Union and UK markets.
With ISO 22716 (GMP) certification, our manufacturing processes comply with European cosmetics regulations, a key requirement for marketing products in the EU. In addition, products are registered in CIMP (Cosmetic Product Information File) in Poland, which is a standard requirement for the European Union.
In the case of the UK, new local regulations were introduced after Brexit. We are keeping abreast of these regulations and adjusting our processes to meet all requirements, including those for labeling, safety assessment and product notification.
The IFS HCP, on the other hand, is an international standard for assessing product and process compliance with regard to safety and quality.
Our experience and certifications ensure that we can offer products that are fully compliant with applicable laws, making it easier for our business partners to distribute and sell them in both markets.
We support the development of full technical documentation, including safety data sheets (SDS), product sheets and PIF dossiers. We prepare a set of materials necessary for proper registration and marketing of the product, in accordance with applicable legal and industry requirements.
Both the use of our own and our own suppliers is possible, subject to successful qualification.
We work with trusted suppliers, whom we carefully check and periodically verify, which allows us to maintain high quality of raw materials and materials. Regular evaluation of cooperation ensures continuity and stability of supply, which translates into the quality of the final product.
If you wish to designate your own suppliers, this is possible provided you have successfully gone through a qualification and approval process. This process is designed to make sure that the supplier in question meets our high quality, safety and ethical standards. If for some reason (substantive, legal or otherwise) it proves impossible to work with a designated supplier, we will jointly seek alternative solutions to find the best sources of raw materials and materials for your product. Our priority is always to ensure the highest quality and safety of production.
We provide transportation services for finished products both within and outside of Poland. We have our own modern fleet of vehicles, including curtain-sided and refrigerated trailers, and use a network of proven and trusted carriers. As a result, we are able to provide our customers with safe, timely and tailored deliveries.
We offer the possibility of organizing transportation directly to warehouses throughout Europe. In the case of the UK, we also provide support in the organization of transport and preparation of export clearance. However, it should be noted that the import clearance in the UK is on the side of the recipient, and the transport itself is carried out on behalf of the recipient. However, our specialists remain available to advise and coordinate the logistics process.
We provide comprehensive services for export clearance to countries outside the European customs territory. We prepare all documentation required by international law, and supervise the process to ensure its compliance with applicable regulations and its smooth progress. In this way, we relieve our clients of formal obligations, allowing them to focus on operations and business development.
