    Your responsibilities:
  • Managing the R&D team, including work planning, setting task priorities, and supporting team engagement,
  • Supervision of product research and development projects at all stages (from concept to implementation),
  • Supervision of laboratory tests, stability tests, and product validation,
  • Analysis and resolution of technological and quality issues related to recipes, raw materials, and production processes.
  • Close cooperation with the team of coordinators in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of R&D projects,
  • Cooperation with the production and quality department in the area of implementation, recipe scaling, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to effectively implement new solutions.
  • The R&D Team Leader is responsible for managing the research and development area in the company. This role has a significant impact on the shape of products and processes, combining strategic thinking with everyday practical work. The person in this position plays a key role in creating new products, optimizing existing solutions, and safely and effectively implementing projects into serial production. Working at Aerosol Service provides an opportunity for dynamic professional development, tackling a variety of challenges, and co-creating innovative products that reach markets around the world. We develop products in the field of cosmetics and household chemicals, both in aerosol form and other forms, which creates a wide scope for experimentation, technological improvement, and the implementation of new ideas on an industrial scale.
    Our requirements:
  • Higher technical education, preferably in chemistry, chemical technology, process engineering, or related fields.
  • Professional experience in R&D in a manufacturing company, experience in the cosmetics or chemical industry is welcome.
  • Experience in managing a team or research and development projects,
  • Knowledge of processes for implementing new products into serial production,
  • Ability to collaborate with production, quality, and technical teams,
  • Very good organizational and communication skills,
  • Knowledge of English enabling work with technical documentation and customers.

    Your responsibilities:
  • Establish product, technology and component details with the customer
  • Setting up projects, creating a bill of materials (BOM) for project pricing
  • Running the project, creating a project schedule
  • Organization of project meetings internally and with the client
  • Planning the first productions and preparing files for ordering raw materials and components for the first productions.
  • Production test planning
  • Approval of specifications and technologies in the ERP system
    Our requirements:
  • Higher education (technical preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience
  • Good knowledge of processes in manufacturing companies
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good knowledge of English to easily communicate and conduct meetings in this language

    Educational cooperation / internships

    Since 2022, in cooperation with the Mechanical and Logistics School Complex, we have been implementing a student internship program aimed at students completing their final year of school.

    In 2023, we began cooperation with Pomeranian University in Slupsk. The agreement regulates the possibility of cooperation in scientific research, internships and study visits for students, as well as the organization of joint scientific events or training courses. We believe that this form of cooperation will bring mutual benefits, enabling students of Pomeranian University to gain practical experience, while providing our company with opportunities to present itself as a potential employer.

    In addition, in 2024, we signed an agreement with the Economic School Complex in Slupsk, which provides for a number of activities to support education and youth development.

    As part of the agreement, our company has taken patronage of the Slupsk "Aces of Science" Festival, the main purpose of which is to support the development of scientific and social interests of young people, expanding their knowledge and developing their passions. We have also declared our active participation in the educational life of the school by conducting practical classes for students of the First Degree Branch School and students of the Technical School.
