Supporting education and the development of young talents is one of the pillars of Aerosol Service's social activities. That's why we are proud to once again be involved in the Slupsk Festival "Aces of Science", which is organized by the Slupsk Economic School Complex together with the City of Slupsk. Our cooperation is an example of how business and education can jointly inspire young people, creating space to discover passions and develop scientific interests.

About the festival

"Aces of Science" is a unique educational event that combines workshops, lectures and scientific demonstrations conducted by experts from universities and representatives of technology companies. In this year's second edition of the festival (November 18-21, 2025), participants - students from public and non-public schools in Slupsk - will have the opportunity to gain knowledge, develop their projects and learn about the practical aspects of science.

One of the key highlights of the program will be the Inter-School Project Competition (November 20, 2025), in which young scientists will present their ideas in more than a dozen fields - from astronomy to social sciences. There will be financial prizes for the best, and new for this edition is a special honor - the title of "ASy Science Project School," awarded to the most active institution.

Summary of last year's edition

The year 2024 was a breakthrough - the first edition of the festival was held, which from the very beginning was met with great interest. Already during the inauguration, young people had the opportunity to meet Karol Wojcicki - a popularizer of science, who with his stories about the universe captivated the audience and aroused their curiosity(Photo gallery from the first edition).

Also speaking at the opening was Damian Piotrowski, president of Aerosol Service, who emphasized:

"We support the Aces of Science Festival because we believe that an investment in the young generation is an investment in the future. We want to show that science is not boring, and the knowledge gained can lead to the realization of passions and professional success. Young people are the future of our country, region and company."

The first edition brought together hundreds of students and teachers, with workshops and scientific demonstrations conducted by specialists from Koszalin University of Technology, Pomeranian University and experts from Aerosol Service. Thanks to this event, young people could not only gain new knowledge, but also experience that science has practical applications and can be a fascinating adventure.

Cooperation between business and education

As the main patron of the event, Aerosol Service not only supports the organization of the festival, but also actively participates in its program. Our experts give lectures and workshops, sharing their knowledge and experience with young people. In addition, representatives of the company sit on the competition committee, evaluating students' projects and supporting young explorers in developing their passions.

Cooperation with the Słupsk Economic School Complex allows us to have a real impact on the formation of future personnel, building a bridge between education and the world of business and innovation.

Results and benefits

Last year's edition proved that this type of initiative is sorely needed. Students gained knowledge in an inspiring environment, teachers made new contacts, and organizers - thanks to the support of partners - were able to prepare an event of the highest level.

The second edition, organized in 2025, expands the formula of the event, introducing new prizes and involving even more partners. Thanks to this cooperation, we can jointly create a space where science becomes inspiration and young people get real support in developing their passions.

"Aces of Science" is more than a festival - it is an investment in the future of young people and the entire region. For Aerosol Service, participation in this project is not only a form of support for education, but also an opportunity to actively participate in shaping future innovators.
